- Polyglutamine acid(PGA)
PGA is a polymer of the amino acid glutamic acid (Delicious ingredients in seaweed and champignon)
PGA is known as the main component of the sticky ingredient of Natto (fermented soybeans). In the natural world, many Bacterial like Bacillus subtilis produces PGA inside and secrets outside the body. In Japan, it is acceptable to use PGA as food addictive.
