What impressed us most is the Hanshin Earthquake, it took 2-3 months for some area to recovery water supply.
At that time, water supply could only reply on nurse tanker, the demand for cooking and washing could not even be satisfied not to mention shower.
What is worse, after the earthquake, nurse tankers were stuck ruined and wracked road and buildings, therefore it is even impossible to get to sanctuary. Tap water is the bottom line of ensuring daily life.
