Silicon industrial waste water treatment

An efficient and environmentally friendly way of water treatment and re- extraction.

Silicon used to make semiconductor, produces waste water during the process of incision. PG ahpa Ca can be used to agglutinate in a very low cost.
Nevertheless, PG alpha has very high dehydration property, it is possible to re extract silicon.

Impure matter will be wiped off by using PG alpha 21 Ca to improve the quality of water.

    Deal with the water flowing from catch basin with PAC. And then Agglutinate the suspending matter.

    The effect of agglutination will increase by adding PG alpha 21 Ca. when the agglutination become bigger , separate the suspending matter from the waste water, the speed of separation will increase.
  4. sedimentation

    Agglutination of treatment water sediments in the sedimentation sink. Coal could be recover from sedimentation , and we then give out treatment water.

  1. Primary process tank

    when the treatment water is poured into babble of 10 um diameter, it will be absorbed by suspending matters, and is disparate when the babble floats. When the babble becomes smaller, free radical created by the babble will decomposes the organic substance.

    The floating foul substance and treatment water will be separated by rotary collation devices. After the separation treatment water will be pumped into Agglutination devices.
  3. Secondary process tank

    String with agglutination agent. Agglutinating suspending substance and left organic substance and forming them into agglutination substance.
